Happy birthday love!

Happy birthday Mummy!

Went home to back cake for mummy after csc dinner. was already 12am, super late. we're making a moisture banana chocolate cake! And my biggest challenge this time was the ganache which i failed badly the last time. Began steaming the mixture, sliced it into half and shoved the sliced banana in between. It actually looks quite terrible cause it doesnt look very nice, but we still have the ganache to cover it all. =X It also requires skills to use a spatula properly k! the ganache turns out quite bad though cause it's not smooth and has butter oozing out of the chocolate! sounds scary right? even scarier to look at it,but what's done cannot be undone, so we just anyhow do. =/ its already 330 am in the morning when finishing the ganache, dead tired already. So for the decorations itself, we're also blank in the mind. then it turns out quite messy. Fortunately, it can been eaten! i mean, quite delicious too! ** not to mention we used bare hands =X

I shall bake for loved ones next time too, it requires alot of effort k! i slept till noon, rushed down to tm in the afternoon to buy a key pouch since she lost hers dont know how long ago. The house was full of people, LOL. I ate damn lot too, feeling guilty.=/ Cause they bought chicken wings, satays, popiah, KFC + PIZZA HUT! kuazhang right? almost faint right there.
